I have few sources within VT that feels AAU Membership is getting closer
to Reality than Not, No Guarantees for sure but there is Evidence if you know whom to talk to and listen to...imo

VT is very close to AAU Status and Big 10 is not the pipe dream you seem to
think, IMO
I prefer Big 10 over SEC but would be ecstatic with either to say the least:)

Uva and VT are tied at the Hip in the Conference Realignment melee
The State Govt will be heavily involved to make sure both schools have a suitable landing spot and thats not speculation

Not a walk on offer...
An Offer that was not pushed for a Commitment Type of Offer, we really have other needs other than Dunbar and in staff's eyes better prospects to fill those needs

I think FSU has over-estimated their worth to some degree, I think if they go anywhere it will be big 10

No one knows how all this will play out and I mean no one at this point in
time, VT is positioned to be under serious review to be added to P2 as are a few others as well all know, many twists and turns over next few years but really no need to worry about it, as Tom Petty says in one of his songs "most things I worry about never happen anyway"...

I dont see ACC ever agreeing to a settlement like that
I am sure thats Fsu's end game but I expect ACC to fight this to the bitter end..

Football is the emphasis but WBB still gets funded quite well on all fronts
including NIL...Whit has been interviewing since KBB left, I believe a hire will be announced no later than Thursday barring a major issue..
