My point is the players/coaches and their families don't live in SF
Nor do they live in the crummy parts of San Jose. They're living in Cupertino and Sunnyvale and Mountain View

You guys are all talking as if the 49ers play/practice in downtown SF
The stadium and practice facility are in Santa Clara. I'm sure the players/coaches live near there, away from the oh so scary city of SF
I live 20 mins away in Cupertino - I feel more comfortable walking around at night here than I would in multiple places in NoVa

We are fortunate the times it was called on Emma didn't hurt us
The Washington/Texas game was impacted by an illegal pitch call. That one alone may help drive the conversation after the season. Heck, it may even cause some conversations behind the scenes to not call it much going forward. Softball has a ton of momentum and the last thing the powers that be want is for the conversation to be about bad (or controversial) calls by umps instead of the players

I hope during the off-season they tweak her delivery to avoid the illegal pitches. Iβm nervous on each pitch they will call it

I got an email from someone named Abbey with subject "Virginia Tech Softball T-Shirt Order Confirmation" that gave details on how to submit payment and share shipping details
