fictitious name (that's what they call it) like All Coastal Conference. I have a couple of them for my different businesses that are protected under the initial one. See below.
What is the legal definition of fictitious name?
A fictitious name is an artificial name deliberately created or adopted. For example, a business may have a fictitious business name.

totally appropriated its definition to mean only something that exists between the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of North America. So South America and Central America shouldn't use it?
Countries with Pacific and Indian Ocean coastline are also coastala non-grata?
Pretty arrogant, IMO.
