Check out stubhub prices
$4000 for nosebleed and $30,000 for lower level 50 yard line. If VT ever makes it to the national championship game and has these type of prices, I will be watching it on my TV at home.

Are you seeing any buying at those prices? If not, it’s just made-up amount

I thought I was crazy spending $2,750 at 2000 Sugar Bowl... for 10 seats!

There are a few factors with this game
Obviously Miami home game and Miami fans come out when they are winning and come hard Indiana is first time to the party and have 800k living alumni. Playing in a 65k stadium with 20k tickets going to each school. Those 25k other tickets are what’s in play! If this as Alabama - Oregon it wouldn’t be like this.

Whew...glad I had the opportunity to attend the '99 game for $150.00 ..
...and those seats were in the Loge section of Superdome about 30 yd. line.

I've made a lot dumber financial decisions lol. Already told my wife if
VT makes it to the natty in football we will go. If they make it to OKC in softball we are also going. Right now OKC seems much more possible lol.

What if they gave a game and nobody showed up for the show?
It would serve the greedy b-toads right. Have the game in the local sandlot.

THese stadiums now designed for boxes and premium seating
These venues are for the big spenders who have the bucks and willing to pay for the boxes, the premium services, and exclusivity. These boxes make much more money, than a typical plastic seat in the rafters, with audience not willing to pay for the dining and eating venues, Sorry, while we all complain, the Miami venue will make a ton of money, record breaking revenue like the super bowl. Average fans have the TV. or a bar.

It's on par with the Super Bowl at this point. They are going to have
TV coverage all day. I'm shocked they haven't announced a 40 min halftime with "Insert artist here" playing.

I'm shocked they are not bringing 2LiveCrew or PitBull to play at halftime

2 Live Crew would be epic and so Miami! Would love it!

FWIW Fresh Kid Ice died in 2017 and Brother Marquis in 2024, so it would
only be Mr. Mixx and Luke left to do the show.

If it was VT, I'd take 2 seats....
On my couch, in front of the TV with my Dad. I'm not even paying the nosebleed prices.

Yikes!!! It holds @65k, so it is small in comparison to others.
