Question about BC catcher. Why does the catcher leave the box and catcher
and pitcher meet half-way, then the catcher underhands the ball to the pitcher after every pitch? Or basically hands the ball to the pitcher. I don't recall ever seeing that before. It was little odd and annoying. Does anyone know the purpose of this, after every pitch?

The pitcher seemed to want to walk around between pitches

... give more time between pitches. Looked up the rule and the count starts when the ball is in the pitcher's hands.
If I recall correctly, there was some pitch violation in Sunday's game (free ball for VT hitter) but I couldn't tell what it was for. Anyone know?

call or ump bad call. I remember her just standing there like she was fuming about something and time got away from her.

inning so not buying the sore arm theory. Would have liked to see a runner steal home on one of those walk-outs.

I haven't seen it in softball before. Neurological condition-dystonia. Chip said that's what it was? Very odd.
