Almost all of the non-pitchers are both infield & outfield, really.

Current roster numbers...
EDITED for Kavanagh addition...
Here are the counts if every player gets 5 years on campus... (Carrico & Sars are the only players who've redshirted & therefore, getting just 4 years of action.)
2027: 24 players, so there's room for 1 transfer (in addition to Kavanagh).
2028: 29, including 5 new freshmen & the 8 5th-year players (Chatfield, Foster, Mazz, Rohs, etc.)
2029: 21, including 5th years for Abromavage, Kavanagh & Lynch. (No freshmen announced yet.)
2030: 17, including 5th years for Layton, Mizelle, etc.

Only space for 1 right now. Roster is at 24. Limit is 25, though there's
obviously a chance that there's another departure or two to change that.

Interesting, but obviously affected by where the schools are. Would love to
see it if you just counted out-of-state players for each team (i.e. Nebraska players NOT from Nebraska).

Roster is now at 25.
MJA's medical retirement puts the '27 roster at 25, which is the limit.
5 losses, 5 incoming freshmen. (CORRECTION: 6 out, 6 in.)
So going forward, 1 transfer in = 1 transfer out.

Here's the roster going forward..
2 assumptions...
1. Sars gets a redshirt for this season.
2. 4 years of eligibility. (Maybe a bad assumption.)
As noted previously, there will need to be at least one transfer out to reach the roster limit of 25 for 2027. If they want to make any additions via the portal, there would need to be more than one departure.

3 host teams are coming from the loser's bracket, 12 are 2-0.
Duke, FSU & Texas A&M are the hosts with a loss.
Oregon is the only host that's been eliminated.
