I am confused about what happened today
Tech lost to LSU in the 1pm game and at 6pm game we defeated Akron!
As I understand it we are supposed to play LSU again tomorrow for the championship??
I must have missed something!

Won the first game, lost to Kentucky in the second game, won a game in the elimination bracket , then beat Kentucky twice in one day to advance to super regionals.

If I remember correctly, Kentucky had the tying run on 3B ... and Bennett came charging in to make an incredibly tough play on a slow roller to get the final out.
And then a few minutes later Enter Sandman was blasting out of all the speakers.
That was a great day.

. . . historically, the winner of our game with LSU had a little over an 80% chance of winning the regional. So, there's a chance :)
