Have you ever wondered what your actual tire pressure was on each wheel?
You know, instead of just a TPMS light. Saw this mentioned on a Tacoma message board, and I'm very tempted... It would be nice to also know if the tire pressure is dropping before it trips the dash light.

up showing on my dash. It is cool to monitor individual tire pressure. It also shows tire air temp, so you can see the tire pressure go up as tire air temp goes up. Still. think I like the dynamic torque/HP usage feature better. That is up there as well... Dash looks like a cockpit! Simple little things, but cool nonetheless

I probably won't install it until after I put new tires on the truck, which should be early January. (Waiting for Costco's Michelin sale to go into effect, which I think starts the 22nd. It will take a week or two for them to arrive at my local warehouse.)

All appeared to be made in China, so there probably isn't a huge difference in quality. This one was ~$5 less, claimed to be an American owned company, and the feedback on their customer service was pretty good.

On my Tacoma, I don't know if it's one of the 4 tires being used, or the spare. It also has a TPMS sensor, and is normally the one that trips the light (since it sits there for years without being touched...lol)

Shop said I had maybe another 10 miles until the whole thing failed catastrophically. This was in a small town in the middle of Iowa where I just happened to find a shop with the time and ability to fix it. And people say miracles don't happen.

and the pressures on Monday morning dipped below 30psi all around. I filled 'er up with some of that winter air and all is well.
FWIW, even at 30 I never got a warning light....
