Post game locker room
I believe there’s some fracturing starting to happen between the players and coaches and possibly even among players. (I could be 100% wrong) For most of the games, the body language on the field and sideline just looks off and uninspiring. I think the slow starts are all about intensity. It’s like slow motion for everyone on the offense at the beginning of games. I had also heard that Pry had some choice words with the team in the locker room post game, which is something he hadn't done in the past.

I posted a picture and joked about Rutgers having so many coaches they didn't need cones. What I joked about to my friends during the warm up was look at the difference between the teams on the field. Rutgers...all business coaches were everywhere and perfectly coordinated. VT...lots of student types on the field with cameras everywhere to capture posing & 'looks'.... VT had some drills that just didn't make sense as well pregame, but that really isn't the point I'm trying to make here.

This entire team, players and coaches alike, needs to get serious. They're not playing at Power 4 level. Looking like the same poor play we've seen in multiple recent seasons. 2-2 doesn't sound bad, but we all know it's not looking promising.

...and it took longer than usual for the coaches to come talk to Burnop. Figured there must've been some arse chewing going on. Lot of pretty specific blame being laid on Drones in the post-game as well.

And the rest is poor. He has poor field vision, takes way too long to make decisions and is not accurate. For a guy who is getting his money it is tough to see him struggle so much

...a power running back between the tackles, a scrambler who makes plays when the DL blows up the pass protection, a guy who stands in the pocket and progresses through multiple reads in 1.5 seconds, and a 70% accuracy passer. Like, maybe pick 2 of those things and he's got a chance.
But I will just always be skeptical of an offense that, by design, requires the QB to run it head first into DT/LB territory 5 or 6 times a game on top of any perimeter runs, option plays, ordinary scrambling, etc. It was the same thing with Fuente and Cornelsen's offense and we saw 1 QB after another gradually worn down to a nub. If you expect your QB to be a power RB as well as an efficient passer...man, I dunno.
Everybody's got an odometer and it only goes in one direction.

I'm just saying we're asking him to be two different types of QB *and* a power RB at times and...it's a lot.
I think the problem is that "Drones up the middle" is a pretty efficient play for them and it's understandable that you'd want to lean on it. But there's a cost to having your QB fighting for tough yardage in the middle of the field ~5x per game.

And Tuten needs a little something else to work for him to get rolling as a counter.
First series, I might just go air raid and make Drones pull the trigger on a few balls. Holding it ain't cutting it. He clearly has lost confidence.
