Another Running back transfer
After watching our top three running backs all miss time last year I like what I see
Tough position needs three or more top guys to produce over a season and one top freshman to add to the mix

From the mid to late 90s up through the 2000s...the big injury that I remember to a RB was the non-contact injury to Lee Suggs in 2001 and Ryan Williams I believe went out at some point but we had Evans and Wilson to carry the load. I just don't remember during those years the rash of RB injuries that we see here of late. Maybe I'm missing an injury but it just appeared during that time period our RBs were significantly more durable, especially how much more run heavy we were.

don't remember injuries that far back because we generally had a good next guy up. Not to mention, we probably, in our most successful years, had some luck on our side with a lack of critical injuries.

VT next year, will allocate the runing back position more by a competitive team, rather than 1 guy. There is NO senior or tenured player, they have to hustle and compete hard. The ones who rise to the top will play, rest they have to knock hem from the top.
