Im well aware and s why I'm appalled at the injunction. By the time
A final ruling happens its to late. Player has made out like a bandit, doesn't face penalties, cause the legal system puts a pause on everything.
Its the "irreparable harm" the judge cites as why Soresby should be allowed to play for now

Plenty of players are nudged out, thats not cause of NIL. Coaches leaving or not trusting the current staff. Many players leave for playing time and easier competition. Heck Pat Wessler didnt portal cause of NIL
I agree NIL is a multiplier to decisions these players make, but to state portaling 1. is solely happening because of money and 2. only a recent thing cause of NIL is nescient

Gaj needs to work on his neutral offense. He can be pissed but he has

Back up FB player portaling does significantly matter if in the playoff
