Of course no one his size can generally carry all those minutes. He’s barely walking down the court late in the game.
He’s still pretty young and developing basketball IQ.
If they redrafted the nba today he’d get drafted first especially hitting 3s.

I would put him at the power forward position offensively and defensively at the 5. I would go out and get a guy like Rob Williams who is small and can run the 5. Even trading for a guy like sabonis or with his skill set would do wonders. Or you just get him a real physical PF to pair him with. Aaron Gordon maybe?

how incredibly talented those Villanova teams were in the mid 2000 teens.
Funny thing is the year that Brunson, Hart and Bridges overlapped with them all playing significant minutes was the sandwich year between the two National Championships.

He was more or less a traditional college PG for Jay Wright and didn't look for his shot all that much. He sacrificed some personal accomplishments for titles.

When the Knicks won their first NBA Championship they beat West, Baylor and Chamberlain in game 7 at MSG. Willis Reed limbed out on the floor, made his first two shots and Frazier went on to score 35 pts and 16 assists. What a great game a game full of legends.
MSG is a great place to watch a game. I remember going there on a Saturday afternoon for a Rangers hockey game and come back in the evening for a Knicks game.

Look at the ages of the key Spurs. Now fast forward a couple of years and think to one's self how much better they will handle certain situations.
And Brunsun is just a freakin 110 plus percent winner. The Dude.

When it mattered. I was rooting for spurs, but the veteran team appeared to be toying with the talented pups. I think if the played 10 series knicks win 9 or 10. In the nba all that matters is Q4, and those vets understand that completely.

The Spurs were clearly the more talented team, but they hadn't figured out how to win quite yet. I think if they played 10 times, the Spurs would figure it out and would dominate the Knicks pretty quickly.
If they meet again next year, I wouldn't be surprised if they beat the Knicks 4-1.
