18 yrs and just sold my business in August to a $5B 3PL that is filling for an IPO next month. 27 months to go and I think I can finally call it a day

You have to have knock down pitching. Twice in the last 26 yrs Tech has had
that once they got to the series and the other time a game away. You need studs on the mound so when the bats get silenced you can withstand the struggle

wonder if winning teams feel that way. No offense but BS. VT has a very
good softball team, and coach is 100% behind the long ball, & if that can't happen and the team is against a lock pitcher then it could be a long day. IE just like today

I think VT has a very good team but lacks depth in the circle and sometimes
that catches up to this team late in the season. Not posting VT is done but honestly if this team can get to a super regional that's a VERY good season

yes it's a good team. Elite maybe but not this year. GT proved that in a
big way. Since 2023 VT has not played it's best ball down the stretch to the conference tournament. Good team for sure, but thin at spots and NIL could make a big difference. I hope you are right on the tourney piece

or what happens over the next month little ole VT has done a ton with little. It's called NIL and this school needs it in a bad way. Fingers crossed and hoping the team can get to the round of 32

He's been at his ceiling for awhile now. 10-3 by league play, & 9-9,
possibly 10-8 in league play. That's 19- or 20 wins which spells NIT

The trail is called PG's and several riders have gone off that drop this
year. That is the gnarliest drop in the OC. If you are ever at top of the world you can access this trail and just walking to that rock and then looking down is daunting. I like the other side of the canyon. Steep and techy but nothing like that trail

Finally got to watch the replay but this was the second best TDF finish
I've ever watched. WVA is the ultimate team player, single stage beast, and such a great human. Tadej is the GOAT but today was amazing

Tadej just playing with Jonas. Was really hoping that Jonas could have
taken advantage of the first good tactical stage Visma has had this tour. See what happens tomorrow but I have little faith that unless Tadej gets sick or crashes out this will be his 4th TDF title. He's a machine for sure

Tech can't get money for football and I have to imagine softball is not
even a real concern unfortunately. D1 sports aren't built around non revenue sports. Unless VT wins the SEC lottery or gets a twice in a generational pitcher this is the outcome

Gulp Hokie Pro just about called it after the lsu series. He posted 37-13.
39-11 not far off. This happened before to VT. Late season slumps or collapses are becoming far too common. Team needs a lock down pitcher and maybe learn how to play small ball occasionally. Gonna make another ncaa tournament which is solid but from a 17 game win streak the team is now 2-3 about to be 2-4. Not good

we hiked Skull Rock on the 29th. Amazing from the top and a flowing
waterfall on the way down. It's a true shame that it's all gone. Downtown PP all gone which is hard to fathom
