sure ok. But LeBron deserves to be in that conversation. He's played at an extremely high level for an absurdly long time. He hasn't had any big off court scandals. I'm not a big NBA fan in general so it's not like he's my favorite player or anything... it just seems weird that people hate him for basically no real reason.

If you were a Wizards fan you hate him because as a young player he got calls he should not have gotten and kept the Wiz from making a playoff run with their best squad in decades. You can also hate him because of "the Decision", and all of the other self-indulgent crap he does instead of just letting his game speak for himself. You can hate him because he shops for titles instead of building them. You can also hate him for forcing the Lakers to play his son over better talent. You can hate him for the phony showmanship, much of which he copied from Jordan and others (e.g., the pregame baby power/chalk) And on and on and on....

and who they are going to put with Luka and Austin Reeves. I do think LeBron is on the verge of a cliff, production-wise, and it's not bad for the Lakers. They can get his production out of someone half the cost, and then have another roster spot to get a good role-player.
