TV networks or the P2. UNC is just another institution trying to protect their own. They may have political help inside North Carolina to bring NC State. Otherwise, they will have no say on bringing UVA.

I'm not sure how you do that and separate the smaller private schools vs the larger schools without breaking apart the conference. If those types of issues are not settled internally within the ACC, the conference will have to break up in some manner in the future IMHO.

Not only in performance/wins but colleges reporting it as revenue, etc. Then looking at the information from a cost/benefit perspective. Such as if we would spend several million dollars extra towards Y player, then maybe we could draw extra fans in attendance, tv money, make the NCAA tournament, etc. With your response as to how much of the information is masked/hidden and is reported/structured differently across colleges and universities; it is very hard to get true data to put together.
