What are everyone's picks tonight?
125- Robinson over Eddie by decision. Big time match and tossup. Eddie is hard to score on and I think can give Robinson issues from top, but I think Robinson has more ways to score.
0-3
133- McGonagle over Orine all day by decision. I think McGonagle is a little bit better everywhere, even before Orine struggled this year.
3-3
141- Sam Latona over whoever. I'll go decision, but it's a bonus opportunity. Just takes too long for Sam to get a takedown these days to really pile on the points.
6-3
149- Henson by tech over Koy- I'm getting carried away and a major probably be a better pick, but I think the comes out a little pissed after an OT match a week ago. He's been a bonus machine all year and can pour it in late.
11-3
157- Raf over Scott by decision- He's been the better wrestler all year until last week. Scott likes to go big, and I think Raf wins those positions. He could get bonus if a big exchange happens. He could also lose if he's not healthy and/or has a repeat of last week.
14-3
165- Fields over Church- Tossup that Church has already won, but he just hasn't been finding his offense recently.
14-6
174- Wolak over Singleton- That tech fall loss is hard to forget, but that loss aside, even looking poor by his standards, this should be close. Singleton had a similar loss to UNC and is inconsistent in his own right.
17-6
184- TJ over Fishback- TJ has owned this matchup, and is looking better after early season struggles. If he truly is healthy, he's more talented and a better athlete.
20-6
197- Andy over Knopp- Big hole in NC State's lineup. Andy should roll here.
23-6
285- Trumble over Jimmy- this might be the matchup I'm most excited for. Trumble is benefiting big time from bumping up to heavy. He's hard to score on and brutal on top. Jimmy is a much better athlete and wrestling the best he ever has. I could actually see Jimmy blowing this one open if he gets to his offense early, but I think Trumble might be a bit too much right now.
23-9
I could see a whole bunch of these results flipping. 125, 157, 165, 174, 184, 285. Feel about as good as I ever have that we come out of this dual with a win though. I think we have a much better opportunity at bonus points if it comes down to it.
I do think it will be closer then the score I ended up with. That's just what it ended up at picking everything individually.

if that Hipolito shows up, he will get embarrassed.

I guess momentum would make sense if it was our choice.

Flipping one of 157/174 from your picks. As you mentioned a lot could flip, there is a path for NCSU but I think we're the favorites.

Though not a big one. I also doubt that final score. Did the picks independently, and that's what it came out to.

regular realist optimism - but my head says 20-11 Wolfpack. We’ve got to prove it by beating them on the mat.
My heart says Hokies win by criteria of the most points scored tiebreaker after a 16-16 result.
Go Hokies!

Don’t sell Jimmy short. He’s a hellva athlete and fierce competitor.

Other contenders are the obvious, top 5 matchup at 125, and the big time rematches at 157 and 184.
