If you think everyone will be paid the same, you're crazy. The bagmen will continue to pay players far above and beyond to play for their school. It's the way it's always been, and will always be. The NCAA hasn't been able to stop it in the past, and whatever agency "regulates" the division in the future won't be able to stop it. Think of it as the NFL with no rules and no salary caps. There will just be more money thrown out for everyone else. Also expect a lot of non-revenue sports to be eliminated once schools have to pay all athletes...especially at the lower levels where they don't have a massive revenue stream. Student athletic fees can only be raised so far before the student body screams are too loud to be ignored.
