I think that all athletes will be paid on top of their scholorships

across the board, and they will all be paid the same. I also think that NIL will be regulated to established product endorsements, not by collectives or schools, and mirror the NFL or NBA. This will happen in some sort of collective bargaining agreement, and will apply to all FBS and FCS schools, including basketball only schools. Many will have to drop competitive athletics, or drop down to a division that is treated more like Division ll, or lll. There would have to be congressional action for anti trust issues, and there will be no cap on endorsement money. It will still be pay for play, but with guardrails, and it will be equal for all athletes in all sports.
