The courts may have to clarify whether this ruling applies only to DI

or all three divisions. Likewise, the courts may even have to clarify the Dartmouth ruling too for the same reasons. Let's not forget there are other collegiate athletic associates (i.e. NAIA, associations for JUCOs, and associations for community colleges) which could be impacted by this ruling too. It is possible that dropping down to DII, DIII, joining the NAIA DI/DII, or forming a new association may not make the schools immune from either ruling for various reasons. Given all the schools that could be impacted and the variety of state labor laws, you are right Congress will likely have to get involved at some level to define how collegiate athletics will look going forward.
