Was gonna pick Arizona but that's been done. Does seaport mean major seaport?

seaport is subject to interpretation. Louisana?

My guess is harbor probably a better descriptor.

The southern tip might be fairly low in elevation. Edited to say: actually Lake Champlain would probably be the lowest point. I believe it is lower in elevation than any of the Great Lakes. Definitely no seaports though. ** Edited by I85Hokie at 5/9/2025, 9:08:09 AM

ding, ding, ding, correct!
Sorry for the slow response. I had an extended Dr's appointment. The Mississippi River is only ~30 feet above sea level where it leaves Arkansas and enters Louisiana.

Interesting because according to a USGS website the lowest point for
Arkansas is 55 feet (Ouachita River in Ashley-Union County). It is still the lowest, but it is fascinating to me the potential differences in how a source calculates that information.

yes I saw that as well, but I looked at a topo map and saw that the
Mississippi was lower than the Ouachita, which makes sense as the Ouachita is a Mississippi tributary.

My guess also.

This is my guess. Was gonna go with Alaska as it does have spot below sea
level, but it has ocean ports.

Hmmm, I bet it's Oregon. Coastal with no seaport
