If that happens, then one of the assistants will be forced to step up into the interim HC role. If it ends up being the current DC, then Marve could be in line for the interim DC role. Although I guess Colorado could promote one of the position coaches to interim HC to minimize the disruption. I doubt Marve would be a candidate for that job, but that could be a more interesting storyline to see play out if it did happen.

I can see why. On paper he looks great. He excelled as an LB when he a player. He is also very smart as he was accepted into Vanderbilt law school before embarking on a career in coaching. Not sure why he is so mediocre at his job. He seems to be bad at recruiting, and even worse at evaluation, and not really an X and O guy either.

The talent we had on the team. Yes he coached a few who made the nfl, but only as good as the weakest link especially on defense.
