In addition to the absolutely indefensible and baffling decision to stick with a QB who may be the worst passer in all of D-1, and possibly the worst ever at VT, will someone please explain why Drones ran the ball so much? He is not quick, not elusive, and his runs are wasted opportunities that should go to the backs. UVA's backs ran 35 times to Morris' 4 times. VT's backs ran the ball 19 times to Drones' 11. And Morris is a more effective runner than Drones! Why you would give Drones the same number of carries as Overton, when Overton is by far more dynamic with the ball in his hands, is just head scratching. I am praying that Franklin will finally be the coach to end this ridiculous VT philosophy of QB runs between the tackles. Find a freaking QB who can pass the ball. Let your talented running backs run with the ball. It's not that difficult!
