I think he could pick up the college game pretty quickly. But I do wonder how happy he would be in the system VT runs. Tennessee seems like a better fit. But if the system is changing slightly this offseason then maybe it makes sense depending what those changes are. If he were to come to VT, like it, and stick around then he would be a very good addition. I think there's a decent shot at the first leg of that, pretty iffy on the second leg, and complete question mark on the third. From VTs perspective he would be a good addition on both ends of the floor. A serviceable shooter, but not a high efficiency or high volume guy, probably pretty similar to Miller. I think it would be a guarantee you'd only be keeping, at best, one of he or Rechsteiner after this season, so it'll be interesting to see how they proceed.

Hammond likes to push the ball and get into transition. PVI was very good at that this season.
