We went 13-18…

I understand where you’re coming from, I wasn’t clear in my definition of talent.. Just my opinion that I think he’d thrive at a mid major

So riding the bench at a blue blood makes you a p4 talent?

he lost his starting job here.. wish nothing but the best for the kid but that was a missed evaluation by this coaching staff

Quick question…

did I ever say he played mid major? I ask if he was a mid major talent.. as a former or current coach you should be able to evaluate at this level against any competition. ** Edited by Hokies0725 at 4/25/2025, 8:52:00 PM

Would yall consider jayden young a p4 talent or mid major?

genuinely curious, I’m on the side of mid major because of his inconsistency and lapses on defense this past season. I do think he can improve but it took him all season to get his shot going in consistently.

Chris Arvin retweets some

but if you want more just look up transfer portal on search and you’ll see accounts the portal report is a good one ** Edited by Hokies0725 at 4/8/2025, 11:11:09 PM

I think it’s just basketball

not sure if the number includes other divisions but I assume so

Never said he was a good 2

he just seems to play better off the ball on offense, defensively i agree he’s a liability. I was asking for GC opinion but thanks anyway.

Chris Coleman said it on the tsl podcast a few weeks back.

I believe he said it multiple times on different podcasts so yea it’s been reported on here

got news for you

I don’t really care if we’re top 10 or not just as long as we can field a competitive team and I never asked about uva.

are you upset we lost 2 inefficient scores and below average defense?

it’s been reported that NIL will have a big boost on this here website. ** Edited by Hokies0725 at 3/17/2025, 2:45:55 PM

if you saw his body language towards then end he didn’t even wanna play.

Don’t know if that was flu or him getting benched but it’s definitely a concern and he’s a liability on defense.

The only one we should retain is tobi

and the freshman obviously ** Edited by Hokies0725 at 3/17/2025, 1:37:45 PM

I’ve been to every CofC home game this year. (Yes I’m a student here)

He shows great effort defensively and it shows, great defender in transition. The only thing Robbie has over him is 2 inches. Actually been to every home game the past 2 years. ** Edited by Hokies0725 at 4/4/2024, 1:50:03 PM

Was thinking the same thing myself.

Pat Kelsey also uses a 10 man rotation typically, so it could be about his mpg. Pat has only taken 2 players from CofC, one being Reyne Smith who played the most mpg last year and a true freshman center who played 15 mpg this year. ** Edited by Hokies0725 at 4/4/2024, 1:30:18 PM

I would say it’s an equal amount of both

I also think he’s better offensively than Robbie and Tyler. He can’t shoot as well as tyler but makes up for it by attacking the rim. Robbie is better defensively than Ben. ** Edited by Hokies0725 at 4/4/2024, 2:05:32 PM
