depends on what you do but i have 1 Gig from Comcast for $85 for 5 years.
no contract either but just signed up for that(I had an initial deal with them for like 110 but never got around to changing it and was paying for their top of the line internet at $148 level which was like 1.2 gigs super fast, wayyy more than i needed but was looking at my expenses and was like I can do better). I can only choose them or glo fiber in my hood but glo was doing better deals so comcast came down and honeslty its very reliable.

Nextera was/is building 30 data center power plants, its why their stock
is popping. They are doing what Dominion needed to do basically forcing the data center providers build their own power, which has been the direction this was heading for a while. in the long run this could be good. i guess time will tell. to help the peasants out thee deal sets aside 1.778 billion for credits 2 years post merge so about 700 per household.

Back in the day while at VT, Blacksburg was one of the top 10 PBR sales
cities. Anyway, my roommate somehow got connected to the PBR rep and he took us around town one weekend. I don't remember much but it was a fun, he bought everything(only PBR of course) and maybe a couple shots.
RVA currently one of PBRs top selling cities. was our beer of choice for Thursday night softball all the way up until covid killed the league.

#1 Prospect in the sport. Usual control is what up to 6 years before walk
if he plays up to all star level he would most likely walk. this gets them 3 more years. Shows Skene's they're serious and gives them flexibility to sign him because if he is performing, he is there on the cheap. Most kids would not turn down 140, its forces the prospect to make a choice, because you never know what could happen. its a win win for both sides.
skene's probabyl going to be 50 million a year so i think overall this was a good move by the pirates.

Landscape is moving fast, we have worthless AD and behind the scenes set
up that is not what it should be. Factoring in our coach, god love him, is on his last Leg. The cost of the doing business is skyrocketing and we seem to have no rudder to guide us(see first comment).... so yeah until the leadership gets fixed, the vibes are negative.

Would be 4 win improvement. A trend in the right direction for once.
Basketball is in the wrong trend since ACC win. Incompetent leadership.
But blaming football for everything makes you look stupid.
