I had a deltoid injury from basketball that took 2 years to finally heal.
Weird thing was that I could still shoot basketball, but I couldnβt throw a football without searing pain. I think any kind of muscle injury just takes forever to heal. Orthopedic doc may have a solution for you, though.

I thought she was nuts for picking up a minor, let alone a business minor.
Her logic was that if/when she has an office she needs to learn how to run it. Or maybe hospital administration in the future. She's also considering getting an MBA while she's working on research and clinical hours.
She did not get these genes from me. I got a bachelor's and went to work.

Seventeen years in the water & wastewater industry, and I learned that...
little tidbit of trivia from a worker down in a trench installing a sewer main line.

Oldest daughter is pre med. Younger daughter is pre law. Good thing....
they are both going into fields where they can afford to pay me back for all this tuition. :-)
Oldest daughter graduated 5/15 with a neuroscience degree and business minor. She must get the brains from her mother. Going to be building clinical and research hours for the next year ahead of applying to med schools next year. Young one has two more undergrad years left.

Apple site. My youngest is poly sci pre law, and my oldest minoredβ¦
in business finance. They both loved the Macβs and had no computing issues at all.

Go to Apple's site, they have a student discount option. Depending on...
her major, it's unlikely that she'll need too much tech support. Some majors may have specific software they use, but most of those are going to be IOS compatible.
Both my kids have MacBooks at VT and never had a single problem.

Go-carts is a great idea, or maybe the Lego carts they used in Miami.
But since it's a points-paying race they won't ever alter anything. So we stand a strong chance of watching a Sunday parade as usual. I'm just an optimist hoping that the yo yo racing might deliver some overtakes into turn 1, or the corner before Loews, or out of the tunnel.

I wonder how much more we are paying for these services over cable...
from 15 years ago. The idea of YTTV and Hulu were that they could beat cable TV prices. The problem is that cable had everything, while each streaming services has some deficiencies. I miss some channels but I'm not willing to pay an extra $17.99 a month for a platform that has 1 stinking channel that I like. I'm sure others feel differently and are willing to pay. But the question remains - are we paying more for TV now than we were 15 years ago for the same channels on cable?

Very cool to seeβ¦
Lewis and Max on the podium.
The fight between the Mercedes drivers was shaping up to be one of future F1 lore until Georgeβs car died. After that it was only Lewis and Max bringing the excitement. Only 4 cars finished on the lead lap - crazy stuff. Crazier that Hadjar held onto 5th after a stop and go penalty late.
McLaren booted it this time for sure. They had the chance to swap to slicks on the grid but they missed this one. Chalk it up to bad meteorologists. Or did they hire Ferrariβs strategist from last year?
Your favorite Monaco is next. Iβm still hopeful that the new regs will provide actual action there. If not, maybe a car can die at the Loews hairpin and block traffic for a laugh.

Sprints are really front-loaded on the schedule this year. I guess the...
idea is to move them around so every track gets a chance to host one. I think it would bring more jeopardy to have them closer to the end of the season where drivers can catch up quicker to whoever is ahead in the standings.
I read a rumor that Mercedes had been tuning their engines back a little to maintain a competitive gap to the field, which prevents engine upgrades to those chasing. More than a little gamesmanship if that's true. This weekend upgrades will probably send them to the front with no looking back. Assuming they can get off the line as fast as Ferrari, that is.
I'm really interested to see Monaco in a couple of weeks, with this Mario Kart yo yo racing. We usually get a total of 3 overtakes in Monaco. Maybe we'll see more. And maybe pole doesn't win the race this year either.

Finally back to racing. Wish I had a job where I work one weekend and...
then take the rest of the month off. And make a million dollar salary.

A lukewarm bottle of horse urine would beat Corona.
Dos XX is good, though. Will you challenge Modelo Negra?
