Well, my little day trip up to West palm didn't go as planned. I got

He was described as watching them from the bushes with his pants pulled down.
Police reported:
"When officers arrived, they formed a perimeter and spotted a man matching the description the victims provided nearby, according to the criminal probable cause affidavit."
No mistaking the perp.
