Interesting. Will reduce capacity to approximately 68,000.
"The proposal would remove 27,000 seats on the west side and add back 16,000. The work includes new club seating and a kitchen plus suites, lounges and âupgrades to antiquated infrastructure.â The stadiumâs current capacity is 79,560."

"Deloading is a planned reduction in training stress to allow the body to recover and be ready for a subsequent bout of hard training. Several variables make up training stress."
"It's been postulated that deloading works mostly via surcompensation. That's a process in which the body "rebounds" in its storage of nutrients like glucose/carbs as muscle glycogen, and protein as muscle tissue.
This is based on the initial research done on endurance athletes. They found if you deplete an athlete (high volume of work, lower carb intake) and then follow that with a period of reduced training volume and increased carbohydrates, you'll store glycogen to a greater extent than what you normally would. This provided an advantage in endurance activities."

What was the sandwich shop that used to be on Turner St?
Not Sub Shack or Sub Station. It was near the present day Wine Lab, and near the intersection of Barger and Turner St. This was in the 90s. They would put the sandwich and chips on a styrofoam plate, and then wrap the plate in cellophane.

Bills beat Cincy, also are 14-3 w/ a win over KC.
KC didnât win the first round bye, they were awarded the bye by the NFL after the Hamlin game was canceled. Bills would have had first round bye and home field advantage if they beat Cincinnati. I guess the compromise for the game not being played was to give KC the 1 seed (which couldâve been Buffalo) but move a KC/Buffalo conference championship to a neutral site.

"Virginia unveiled what Gov. Glenn Youngkin referred to as a "pilot program" Monday for helping underserved localities get on, and remain on, their feet, and Petersburg will lead the way.
Youngkin and several of his Cabinet secretaries joined Petersburg leaders Monday morning to present "Partnership for Petersburg," a 42-initiative plan involving 61 local and state agencies. The goal is to beef up Petersburg's infrastructure in six key areas â public safety, public education, transportation, healthcare, economic development and a bond between community and faith leaders."
