Joe Theisman is the only QB to win MVP and a Super Bowl and not be in the HOF.

He had a great couple years when the Gibbs show really got rolling, but his overall career was not HOF worthy.
I feel that way about a lot of players in FB and Baseball. The people complaining about Jeff Kent, same, good player, not special in any way.
