There’s a lot of time for LSU and some of the others can start working on those kids but that is a good sign. We are getting interest from players of that level and that’s a good thing.

Not really. We had been getting recruits in 50-100 range. Even Liz was only
#33. It seems to me that we are in that same position. It would be good, outwardly speaking, to be getting Top 30 kids.

There is always a learning curve from foreign players to the American game.
We had the one player last year that just never caught on. The quicker they catch on the more valuable they can become an Nigerian girl looks like a fighter, but you never know you know the saying looks like Tarzan plays like Jane.

I really like the way Franklin has spread out all the announcements for
Recruits. It might seem like we’re getting a new commitment every day but I’m betting that we had those commitments all along and he’s just putting them out one day just to keep us satisfied. Regardless good job we got a new team coming up.

I am certain that Whitt offered Kenny raises, etc., to stay. What
Disappoints Me about Kenny leaving is that he had the nucleus and the reputation at the time to be able to continue to grow this program. And it would be his program and it would be his legacy and now he’s just gonna be another SEC also ran with a couple more bucks in his pocket. That’s sad. legacy means a lot.

I love my Hokies who WANT to be Hokies. The ones who stay for their entire
eligibility because they love being Hokies. She doesn’t have to be the top scorer or rebounder. But the one I love will take the floor burns diving for a loose ball, take a painful charge from a behemoth. The Hokies I love never quit even if they don’t start. My Hokie does the work to support the team. Kayl was one. Whether fast enough or tall enough for many, I love her. She will always be a Hokie in my heart. I don’t love the quitters
