Yah, I'm leaning heavily this way. I LOVE not having a huge car payment.

Ford Bronco Badlands. Any opinions?
My Honda Ridgeline is 18 years old, 170K. I'm either riding her until 20 and 200K or scratching the itch for a new ride. I'm intrigued with the Bronco, but love Jeep Grand Cherokee and Hondas having owned both. Torn and doing research. Thoughts from the TSL masses?

pointing out I think Franklin "Gets It". So many great lessons in the simple act of kindness and bringing Arthur over to FB practice! The AD and Ath Dept should take note.

Well he's already latched on to Arthur! So he must know something. Saw a
video clip of him introducing Arthur to the FB team at a practice and had Arthur lead them in a Let's Go Hokies cheer. Franklin might as well be the FB Head Coach AND AD for all intents and purposes.

It's time for @VT Chip and us fans to start fundraising for a better TSP
VT sure as hell doesn't seem capable of the vision required or foresight. Our program has deserved stadium improvements for many years now. I've already shown what hoova, Liberty, did years ago. Meanwhile we operate out of shipping container press boxes and bringing in aluminum HS bleachers when or if hosting. Does this not bother the AD or ANYBODY in VT leadership???? I mean, if I'm the AD, I'm looking at what our peer conference members have, looking at videos and plans the "enemy" is working on and comparing contrasting to our own house. Then doing gap analysis to determine funding, getting the funding, and planning to close gaps if not leap forward. I don't get it.

built there cathedral for "only" $9M at the time and in FOUR months!!! TSP would be the best 10-20M investment for VT Athletics as far as facilities goes.

needs to GO!!!! He's a lame duck. Good riddance. Just some, any, just a LITTLE TINY bit of vision from the AD, Ath Dept, and Administration would go a LONG way.

VT STILL approaches athletics like a Mom & Pop Store in a Wall Street shark
infested environment. It's really REALLY pathetic if we're all honest with each other here on TSL and on the Drill Field. It's NEVER gonna change until the entire Ath Dept starting with Whit Babcock is restructured, reorganized, rebranded, redone and Babs is GONE. Period. The End.
There is ZERO.....ZERO Unity of Effort in VT Athletics. None.

Add cost savings and IIRC, they claimed the overall "Green" design of the
structure with its windows would provide enough solar or thermal heating and the raised garage doors and high ceiling would provide cooling during hot weather. LMAO.

Maybe consider something with a tunnel that supports the road and traffic.
We build tunnels under the Chesapeake. Or a structure that includes a tunnel to support the access road. Just sayin. ORRRRRR....maybe a design smaller where it doesn't encroach upon the road. Orrrr...maybe just some cosmetic work, Hokiestone or precaste concrete facades around the bleachers to make it look oh let's say less ghetto or high school? IDK, but lots of ideas and options to consider.
