Maybe consider something with a tunnel that supports the road and traffic.

We build tunnels under the Chesapeake. Or a structure that includes a tunnel to support the access road. Just sayin. ORRRRRR....maybe a design smaller where it doesn't encroach upon the road. Orrrr...maybe just some cosmetic work, Hokiestone or precaste concrete facades around the bleachers to make it look oh let's say less ghetto or high school?
