Academy attendees recv a monthly salary and are technically employees of
The military so they can put their halos away.

That's what happens when you throw money around. There should be incentives
based on performance (in practice, games, and academics). Money should be given out incrementally rather than lump sum. They want to be paid like pros, then they need to act like pros and be compensated accordingly.

frankly, its apples and oranges
The service academies are the academies. . While this article rings to so many traditionalists, we see 100,000 and huge bands at games at A&M, and Tenn for example Top ratings for the power 2 for ESPN as well as Fox. and more with the Big Game with Ohio St and PSU, which will get huge ratings. The other Power 2 (acc and big 12) and ND, compete and will be allowed to play in the playoffs. One group of five member will be allocated a slot (that probably is Boise)... In the business of college sports, it is allowed for the Service academies' to have their niche.

The premise may be true, but service academies as evidence?
That’s getting the cart ahead of the horse after a half a season.

Yeah, look at FSU. Seems like kids making bank are pretty quick to quit...
...when things aren't going their way. Those NIL checks still cash!

Makes sense, none of the pressures of being a grownup
Nothing motivates you to stay in a job you’re not happy with like a wife and kids 😃🤣😂
