They Are Independent at Arkansas

Two separate entities money wise at the University of Arkansas. The academic side of the University is funded by the state and by the student tuition. The Athletic Department cannot be state funded, it must survive off ticket income, SEC revenue.& private donations. I remember Broyles saying that. I know nothing about the national normal on the subject.
