Not a concern under the current version of HV

It’s a non-profit that exists to run a limited scope of business functions (e.g., marketing, sponsorships, NIL etc.). The team, staff, and coaches are all still under the VT athletic department. Sure this setup could change in the future. And we don’t know the exact final scope of what HV will do yet since it was just born yesterday. But for now, we are safe and football is still a formal part of VT.
