First job to be replaced by AI should be meteorologists....
The field has hardly improved in decades. They just look at computer models tell you what they say; thank you I can do that myself. And they wrong usually when it counts.

They had last week's storm completely nailed, while the models that everyone's weather app uses were wrong.

Last weekends snow/ice totals fell well within probability bounds that were being forecast. But many people don't like having to consider that. They want an exact number, so they pick one (usually the highest number of the predicted snowfall percentages), and then complain when it's not exactly that number.

models changed. They "nailed it" by making a semi-correct "last call" the night before! Hardly weather forecasting.

been crap vs the GFS. NOAA's forecast has actually been better and more realistic. I like to use MyRadar pro, which is what my friend uses...he's the congressional liaison for NOAA....
