Warren Zevon as musical influence award. Many of his songs have gone unnoticed. Take a listen to “Keep me in your heart” which he wrote after being diagnosed terminally ill. IMO, however humble, WZ was an incredible poet. Who else could sing “A little old lady got mutilated late last night” in such an upbeat fashion???

Whether or not you care for her musical talent or style of music, which she undeniably has (talent), she’s also been quite the humanitarian, whether or not you care for her advocations. Her lyrics outweigh Billy’s any day. Unless of course you were lucky enough to have a white wedding.
