By chance, anyone do "Stomping 76" ...
Summer between my Jr/Sr HS years ; I did not attend but know it was disastrous for the locals. Wayyy more turnout than expected and insufficient facilities , in fact , post event local lawmakers drafted an ordinance banning that ever happening again ; I worked at a small Mom/Pops gas station - grocery store close by - I easily recall all the shelves being pretty much sold bare & we even got down to selling milk by the cup ; mostly recall it was a helluva boob show with all the loose hippy women for this young guy filling up his eyes 🤣

Must have been 8 or 9 yrs old , somehow I thought jamming a firecracker down in 1 of Moms big ol flower pots was a great idea - needless to say, pot Shards & dirt crap plant chunks instantly went everywhere , the classic switch cured that line of thought,,🫢
