I was curious, so I compared Alabama Crimson Tide, 4 Aces LIV, Oakland Athletics, and Atlanta Braves.
I don't thing there is going to be consumer confusionb between Alabama as the Crimson Tide is a different color and the styling is different at legible distances.

About 15 to 20 years ago the Florida Gators...
made all the high schools stop using the Florida "F" and the gators logo. There were a lot of high schools who had to retool their logos.

for its logo, then I could where they would have a case. However, I think there's enough difference where DJ should win particularly since the "4" is woven within the "A" which I think is pretty clever marketing strategy.
