I don't know of any schools who have put forth anything

Other than speculation wrt how they've handled Rev share and in-house NIL I'm not sure they could even competently do so with the rescinding of the Title IX memo being like 1.5 weeks ago, which will greatly affect the comms piece of things, if not the distribution as a whole.
