Like the info you provide, but as you ask for proof, I would ask the same..
of you. Since you lump the entire message board together in regards to not having a clue what a first rounder looks like...And since you must know about each message board member's background and lack of expertise, please address every member individually to provide some proof of their lack of expertise. Go ahead...we are all waiting. OR OR...you could just argue with and degrade the one person you are engaging instead of lumping the board as one viewpoint/stance. But I would love the viewpoints without the injection of all the other stuff, but I doubt that is going to happen

Agree on the recruiting aspect, but as far as a tactician, Mike Young is...
leaps and bounds better. He relied a lot on Shawn Poppie when he was here, and it was noticeable when he left. There was an adjustment period for sure.

I usually like reading your insight, but what makes you correct in this....
instance? Do you and Mike Young negotiate with the players/agents?? Anything this staff member has shared has been spot on, so I have no reason to think they would be lying or have any reason to. Unless you are involved in the negotiations, I'll just have to disagree with you on this one and move on.

100%, but when demands are made about starting, playing time, # of 3's per
game, etc....you are tieing the coaches hands. The coach is suppose to coach to win. A lot of these kids only care about the money and how they can pad their stats and not vested at all in the school or team success. Many are delusional about their skills and ability to make the NBA, when in reality most will be very lucky to even have a career in Europe. What are coaches suppose to do in this era...I sure don't know and don't envy that task.
Whether you can or can't afford a kid, sometimes you have to show them the door and wish them good luck elsewhere.

My daughter has it with Pets Best and there is an annual increase, but they
have paid for everything once $500 deductible and her mixed breed rescue has had some expensive health issues taken care of. If anything is pre-existing it is not covered. All that being said, she actually recommended Healthy Paws because the price stays the same, but no other info about how easy they are to work with.

Fear not, I don't think UT has the offensive consistency for a 6 game......
stretch in the Big Dance. I'm Hokie through and through, but did get a degree from UT and watch most of their games. They were held to 59 in a loss to S. Carolina (shot poorly) followed by scoring 103 points against Kentucky.

Yes, he can apparently shoot the ball, but teaching quickness isn't easy...
You can gain some quickness through transforming your body in workouts, but only to a degree. Much of anyone's quickness is God given talent. He still has work to do especially defensively, but hopefully he will continue to improve this offseason. Maybe we actually play zone for a few minutes and use him that way.

Yes, but Nickel is gonna to have to prove worth on the offensive end....
because he is a defensive liability. Prior to the last game breakout, Collins was an offensive liability but better on defense. Pick your poison. When Nickel is in, he needs to contribute.

That's a nice chunk of change. I'm sure they will spend a portion of that..
on hotels, meals, etc. Also I'm the travel contingency will be noticeably larger for this, to include Whit, Hokie Club staffers, support staff and others that typically would not be included in usual away games...but nonetheless a nice little payday. Every little bit helps.

She did camp at VT when she was younger and later ID camps and played on...
a good ECNL team South of VT. Travelled all over...Buffalo, Florida, California playing for national championship. ID camps for the most part are just money grabs. He has as of recent done more venturing outside of the NOVA/MD area. The big high level tournaments bring out the P5 coaches and many teams/players from all over.

Not sure about Briz, but Chugger seems to like the NOVA girls.....
understandably. I have extremely close friends whose daughter grew up locally and moved away. She wanted to come here but was not offered. She is a freshman leading the Big East is scoring. She has just 3 less goals on the season than the entire VT team. I do believe VT could have used her scoring prowess this year.

Setting aside the Covid year thing, my understanding is one transfer...
without sitting, and a 2nd transfer can occur without sitting if the athlete has graduated and still has eligibility left. It is different for someone like a juco transfer.
