I was about to buy a condo down there a few years ago but then I found out
the price wasn't bad because the complex had water damage from faulty construction. The hoa was in litigation against the insurance company that was refusing to pay. Now I am seeing SC had a poor regulatory process in the 70's and the the result is a lot of poor construction.

We've used Dollar General tile mold and mlldew cleaner on my dad's pontoon
And it's worked great. The huge downside is that it's bleach-based and does long-term damage.

I always thought Bose speakers being overrated was another case of a good
company cashing in on their name by cheapening a once solid product. Apparently making a mediocre product and marketing the hell out of it has been their business model from the beginning. Audio nerds have been ripping on them sinces their beginning in the 60's.
