Melvin's PIAA Final
I haven't watched yet, but wanted to post ASAP. I believe this is Melvin's 3rd title with 1 year to go.

Pretty sure his only losses in the last 2 years are to MM also. He doesn't seem to have as much experience outside of PA, but 2 losses in PA AA to Miller is a pretty good run. If he hits well, I'd say watch for him to be a strong transfer candidate down the road or just a small school killer for Joey Dance and team!

I think what would be best for his wrestling is the C-Burg/training at VT or just training at VT wrestling college opens route but can't blame him if he wants to finish at his normal HS and go for a 4th state title.

&/but will be in Blacksburg a lot (even more than Bo was this past year) - plus it will be “easier” w/Bo in Blacksburg too. Think he will be there a lot of this Spring/Summer & many trips next Fall (& following Spring). IMO.
Bassetts are a really close family & I can see MM/KB being at home together for another season. Following year would just be KB at home as a Senior.
