Frayer said on here Mekhi was year to year, but they expected Bryce to use his 2 years.

Bryce talks about how he was excited and grateful to be an AA again, but was not satisfied with where he finished. Said no excuses so he didn’t want to really talk about it - but has been a brutal and strange season - paraphrasing “tough when you spend more time on the bike than on the mat”.Said he loves all his brothers on the team - taking time off (no FS) to get truly healthy and ready for next year. So hopefully that is still the plan. Get healthy Bryce!

IronHokie, I'm not a family member of BA but, he has never said he would not use his covid year. He did not participate in senior day v. UVA. He has only been in school for the 4 years with no redshirt. I have spoken to him briefly at some events and he wants a title or a shot at it. I cannot say with 100% certainly but, I don't think Bryce has considered not using his 5th year. I'm not an insider but I follow the program closely....if it matters, I'd be stunned if BA was not back. This team is going to be fun to watch next year...not purchased, built from the ground up. Fish has a win over Gavin Kane who could be the ACC favorite if Hidlay goes 197. If TJ beats Fish out then we're probably looking at a potential AA.
