Some Baylor fans are still mad Mulkey left them. They wanted her to stay keep winning B12 and national championships until she retires. was in Waco. 4 billboards are put up around Dallas, bought by LSU alum and boosters. It hasn't actually been confirmed if 5th one was put outside Waco. Mulkey still has family living in Waco living in her house, and still has huge droves of supporters in Waco. Who cares "if" a billboard was put up there? Just don't look at it.
