Because of TV, they will try to start the game on time. There will be rain shortly after, creating a delay. They will resume when it stops. Annoying for everyone but that's how these things usually go.

rain may miss Blacksburg. There is a very heavy cell tracking NE over Pulaski; even if it hits B'burg, it will be short-lived — probably about 45 minutes out
