VT to win it all. But that didn’t work out this time around.
Tennessee was my second choice, and I now find myself in the hole 0-2.
I mainly just want to see a good game.
And if the $1M gamble does NOT result in a natty, I’m good with that.
Years ago softball stood out because it didn’t have the many things we found undesirable with pro sports. And because it didn’t have the chaos of ever changing travel ball rosters. Now those things are here. It feels like college softball has become travel ball, and the head coaches are just armed with much larger sales pitches to land their recruits.

I expect the price tag for ace pitchers will go up whether they win the whole thing or not.
She also seems to have good hitting numbers but never does anything in games I watch.
