I believe it's been established that Whit's hands are tied because selling

tickets to all VT sports venues has been contractually signed off to an outside company. Whit did sign the contract so YES he virtually tied his own hands. Several "plans" have been presented to sell season tickets at TSP (happen to think my plan is the best) but it seems VT is at the mercy of an outside company. Assume it makes sense for football, MBB and WBB but the smaller venues would be excellent proving grounds for students interested (even majoring in) the business of sports.
