that if the GOR can be challenged successfully someone would have done so by now. I am guessing most schools in the B12 and the ACC have had their legal teams look at the contracts their schools signed and determined their commitments to their respective conferences are pretty much unbreakable.
From my point of view that is why FSU has been *****inâ and moaninâ because that is all they can do.

Unless someone on the record says WHERE they are going, and that they are
WILLING and ABLE to pay the full amount needed to leave (and yes, I want to hear the dollar figure come from their lips), it is just trash rumor mongering. When SMU was rumored to come to the ACC, we heard specifics of what they were willing to pay and forgo.

on the Fox Business Network periodically, I always see him on Maria Baritriomo's show...his whole deal is China is in imminent danger of economic collapse. I guess he could end up being prescient one day...or a modern day version of a 19th century end of days sect. These jeremiads on the ACC's imminent demise are in the same vein.
