They got what they deserved, others like Miami didn't

they were on probation multiple times and kept doing it. The final straw was The Pony Express, the blatant stuff those two got was unreal for that time. James admitted it all on a documentary, Dickerson wouldn't respond, never denied it, but just grinned and kept his mouth shut. Dickerson was from a real poor family, but showed up on campus in a top of the line Trans-Am. Not unusual, but given the situation it was a blatant F You to the NCAA, they pretty much left them no choice. While others were doing the same stuff, few were as blatant and in your face about it.
